This is our retired style where the waistbands have no added stretch and they were sized much smaller than the NEW PUL/Fleece Combination Cloth Diaper Covers that are now made with LUXE stretch PUL and stretchy Velour Fleece that does not pill. The leg and waistbands on this retired cover do not have stretch, but slight give. Your will need to size up on this cover as it fits small without the stretch and fit of the new cover. Please see the measurements below for this specific retired cover:
