Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the personal nature of these products, The Blythe Life does not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your item arrives damaged in anyway or if the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact us at theblythelifecreations@gmail.com within three days of delivery. Customer care and quality products are our top priority, and we will make sure you are taken care of. If damage or a quality issue occurs, please include a picture with explanation of the issue, date of purchase, and your order number for a quick resolution of your claim.
Order Cancelations:
All orders are final, however, we understand when there needs to be adjustments. Please contact us for editing requests. All Made-to-Order items are final and may not be changed or canceled after fabric has been cut.
